Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Your order will be despatched on the same day, if it is received by 3pm, Monday to Friday. Otherwise, it will be despatched on the next working day.

Q: What are your opening times on weekends & Bank Holidays?

A: We are closed for telephone calls and despatching of orders on weekends & Bank Holidays. You are still able to place orders online and it will be processed as normal when we reopen on the next working day. 

Q: Do I have to wait in for my parcel to be delivered?

A: All of our consignments require  signature upon delivery, therefore please provide an alternative delivery address if necessary. The driver may leave your order with a neighbour, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Q: Do you deliver internationally?

A: Yes, we are able to ship to all International countries. The cost of shipping to your destnation will be calculated at the checkout.

Q: How can I change my details which you hold for me?

A: We take our customers security very seriously, therefore, you will need your username and password to amend your personal details. If you have forgotten these details, please contact us so we can assist you.
